Over the past several years, I worked closely with resident-led condominium and cooperative boards in my administrative role with the Center for Shared Ownership (CSO). In that role, I supported associations navigating governance challenges, financial transparency concerns, capital repair planning, loan compliance requirements, and board transitions.
