Daena Wallace is an Administrative Operations and Project Management professional who helps organizations, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven teams bring clarity, structure, and momentum to their work.
With over five years of experience supporting complex initiatives, Daena has built her career around being the person behind the scenes who makes things work. Her background spans nonprofit operations, community engagement, executive support, and small business consulting, providing her with a rare blend of strategic coordination and hands-on execution.
From 2020 to December 2025, Daena served as a Project Manager and Community Engagement Associate at The Center for Shared Ownership, where she supported over 120 housing communities. In that role, she coordinated large-scale initiatives, developed digital workflow systems, created governance and compliance programs, and managed hybrid events and training sessions. Her work helped organizations enhance engagement, refine internal processes, and advance critical projects with greater consistency and accountability.
Today, Daena works independently through JD Home Visions LLC, providing flexible, à la carte administrative and operational support to small businesses, consultants, and organizations. She partners closely with clients to design workflows, manage scheduling and communications, organize systems, support events and workshops, prepare reports, and streamline the daily operations that often overwhelm growing teams.
