How Services Work

Monthly, Contract-Based Support

All services are offered as monthly support engagements with a 30-day minimum commitment and are built around a mutually agreed scope of work. Together, we determine your priorities, deliverables, and the level of support needed, and your monthly rate reflects the quantity and complexity of services you select.

My services are provided à la carte, meaning you can mix and match support areas—digital systems, operations workflows, document design, events, or administrative support—to build a monthly package that fits your business.

Each engagement is aligned to a defined monthly capacity (up to 40 hours). Work is scoped by outcomes and priorities, not task-by-task billing, to ensure consistent progress and accountability.

A 30-day minimum engagement is required for all monthly services.

Consultation & Agreement Process

All services listed on this site are offered as contract-based professional support. The Services page serves as a menu of support areas and a pricing reference, rather than an instant booking system for work.

Before any services begin, all clients are required to complete a brief consultation and enter into a written service agreement that defines the scope of work, priorities, deliverables, timelines, and communication expectations.

Once a contract is in place, clients may use this Services page to select and submit payment for their agreed monthly services, packages, or event-based support.

Important Service Disclaimer

• A signed service agreement must govern all services before commencing any work.

• Purchases made through this site do not automatically initiate services. Payments submitted without a prior contract will be treated as a request for services and will not begin until a written agreement is executed.

• DW Admin Solutions reserves the right to decline or refund any purchase that has not been approved in writing.

• Priorities and deliverables scope all services. Monthly capacity is not guaranteed to be fully used and does not roll over. Additional scope beyond the agreement requires a package upgrade or contract amendment.
